Member Concerns
The following procedures shall be followed when responding to ChLA member concerns:
- Members may submit concerns with ChLA via the online submission form.
- The submissions received will be reviewed by the Association Officers and Association Manager.
- If the member chooses to provide their contact information and requests to be contacted, they will receive an acknowledgement and an anticipated time for response. Members may also submit concerns anonymously.
- If action is required, the Association Officers will outline a timeline for action and share it with the member, if contact information was provided. Depending on the circumstances of the concern, the ChLA Officers may also consult with the ChLA Board of Directors.
- A summary of general categories of concerns, as well as their number, will be reported by the Association Manager at the annual board meeting and recorded in the minutes.
