ChLA Centennial StudiesChLA’s Centennial Studies series celebrates classic children’s texts, books that have stood the test of time and played a significant role in the development of the field. Devoted to a single work of literature, or a series of related titles, the series features original scholarly essays commissioned by each volume’s editor. Interested in editing a new volume in our series? Proposals should be submitted at least two years before the 100th anniversary of the text they wish to feature. The final decision on acceptance of all proposals lies with the ChLA Publications Advisory Board and with the University Press of Mississippi.
